Die Stadt Bad Vilbel beabsichtigt den Neubau der Theaterwerkstätten und Probebühnen im Ortsteil Dortelweil. Das Gebäude hat eine Grundfläche von ca. 2.650m2, die BGF beträgt ca. 3.600m2. Die Leistungen PV-Anlage umfassen die Errichtung einer Photovoltaikanlage. Der Betrieb der Photovoltaikanlage dient der Umwelt und ressourcenschonenden Art der dezentralen Stromerzeugung aus Sonnenenergie. Die Unterkonstruktion und Modulschnellmontageschiene der Photovoltaikanlage wird bauseits erstellt. Es kommt ein System für eine Dachbegrünung des Herstellers Optigrün zum Einsatz. Das Gebäude ist 10m hoch.
