Description

F&W plant die Transformation (Greenfield-Ansatz) vom bestehenden SAP ERP auf S/4HANA. Der Projektplan sieht vor, dass mit der Zuschlagserteilung im November 2025 gerechnet wird und die operative Projektarbeit beginnen kann. Das gesamte Projekt wird als eine geschlossene Einheit (Basissystem) umgesetzt, ohne Unterteilung in Ausbaustufen. Das Basissystem besteht aus den Themen: - Finanzbuchhaltung - Controlling - Beschaffung und Lagerhaltung - Immobilienmanagement und Instandhaltung - Personal o Personaladministration o Personalabrechnung o Personalcontrolling und Organisationsmanagement o Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement o Zeitmanagement o Personalgewinnung Nach der Zuschlagserteilung soll die Umsetzung mit der Implementierung des Basissystems beginnen. Es wird angestrebt, ab 01.01.2028 das Basissystem in den operativen Betrieb zu überführen. Im Anschluss ist eine Anlaufunterstützung von drei Monaten vorgesehen. Die Ausschreibung umfasst lediglich die Umsetzung des Basissystems. Darüberhinausgehende Systemerweiterungen, bspw. die Einführung von SAP SuccessFactors, sind ausdrücklich nicht Bestandteil der Vergabe. Für F&W ist es allerdings von herausragender Bedeutung, dass die Einführung des Basissystems einen weiteren Ausbau des Systems unterstützt.
