Description

Die MOIN GmbH plant die Einführung eines automatischen Fahrgastzählsystems (AFZS) in ihre Busflotte. Aufgrund des großen Aufwandes für händische Nachfrageerhebungen gibt es bisher keine systematische und aktuelle Datengrundlage für die ÖPNV-Angebotsplanung im Landkreis Lüneburg. Ziel dieses Vorhabens ist es, alle Fahrzeuge ab Anfang 2026 bis zum 31.12.2026 im ÖPNV des Landkreises Lüneburg eingesetzten Busse mit AFZS auszustatten um somit - eine umfassende und jeweils aktuelle Datengrundlage für die künftige Angebotsplanung und Fahrplangestaltung im Stadt- und Regionalbusverkehr zu erhalten; - die eingesetzten Fahrzeuggrößen systematisch an die festgestellte Nachfrage anpassen zu können; - einen präzisen Datenbestand für weitergehende Analysen und Konzepte zu erhalten. Für die Abgabe des finalen Angebotes soll lediglich die Option für das autarke System berücksichtigt werden. Dabei ist jedoch zu beachten, dass von den Bietern zu prüfen ist, ob die vorhandene Hardware in den Bussen für das AFZS mit genutzt werden kann. Genauere Details zu der Hardware in den Bussen werden in der Leistungsbeschreibung und den neu beigefügten Verkabelungsplänen beschrieben. Für weitere Einzelheiten wird auf die Anlage 1_Leistungsbeschreibung verwiesen.
