Description

Ausgeschrieben wird eine Speditionssoftware (Cloud- oder SaaS oder technisch gleichwertiges Betriebsmodell, z.B. Client-Server-Betrieb). Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus dem Anforderungskatalog. Die Beschaffung der Software ist Teil eines Förderprojekts. Wesentlicher Leistungsinhalt ist, dass die Software den Zuwendungszweck erfüllt und die Kernziele innerhalb des Bewilligungszeitraums erreicht werden. Das Verhandlungsverfahren erfolgt im Anschluss an die Aufhebung des Vergabeverfahrens mit der Bekanntmachung 208177 - 2026 OJ S 60/2026 26/03/2026. Die Anforderungen ergeben sich aus den Vergabeunterlagen des aufgehobenen Vergabeverfahrens, soweit nicht explizit etwas anderes durch den Auftraggeber vorgegeben wird.
