Description

Veeam Lizenzen und Dienstleistungen Die bezugsberechtigten KDN-Mitglieder verfügen bereits über bestehende IT-Infrastrukturen und Backup-, Recovery-, Identitäts- und Berechtigungsmanagement-Lösungen mit Produkten von Veeam. Damit notwendige Instandhaltungs-, Support-, Erweiterungs- und Migrationsmaßnahmen sowie die Weiterentwicklung der vorhandenen Systeme gewährleistet werden können, müssen im Rahmen der vorliegenden Rahmenvereinbarung die genannten herstellerspezifischen Produkte und Leistungen beschafft werden. Eine detaillierte Auflistung der zu beschaffenden Produkte, Lizenzmodelle, Wartungs- und Supportleistungen sowie Dienstleistungen ist dem Preisblatt (Anlage 1.2) zu entnehmen. Der Auftragnehmer muss während der gesamten Laufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung über einen gültigen Partnerstatus des Herstellers Veeam verfügen, der ihn zum Vertrieb sowie zur Betreuung der ausgeschriebenen Produkte und Leistungen berechtigt. Der Nachweis ist durch Vorlage eines zum Zeitpunkt der Angebotsabgabe gültigen Partnerzertifikats zu erbringen. Der entsprechende Partnerstatus ist während der gesamten Vertragslaufzeit aufrechtzuerhalten. Der Auftraggeber akzeptiert für diese Beschaffung die Lizenzbestimmungen (EULA) sowie die Pflege- und Wartungsbedingungen des Herstellers mit folgender Maßgabe: Hosting-Services: Vorbehaltlich der Zustimmung durch den Hersteller, besteht für die bezugsberechtigten Mitglieder des KDN gegenüber deren dezentralen Organisationseinheiten / Verbandsmitglieder ein Hosting-Recht.
