Description

Gegenstand der Beschaffung sind die zentrale Bereitstellung und der Betrieb einer Telenotfallmedizin-Plattform als Software-as-a-Service-Lösung (SaaS-Lösung) sowie deren Anbindung an die jeweiligen Telenotarztstandorte der einzelnen Landkreise. Nachfolgend wird in dieser Leistungsbeschreibung von TNM-System gesprochen. Mit dieser Ausschreibung wird ein Bieter gesucht, der zusammengefasst mindestens die folgenden Leistungen erbringt: - Bereitstellung und Betrieb eines TNM-Systems als Plattform mit integriertem Fachverfahren inklusive Implementierung, Produkt-Customizing / Programmierung sowie Überlassung der benötigten Lizenzen (Bestandteil der SaaS-Lösung) - Störungsbeseitigung und Support - Erbringung von unterstützenden Dienstleistungen über die Vertragslaufzeit und bei Vertragsbeendigung (z. B. fachliche und technische Beratung bei der Einführung, Schulung, Unterstützung von Migrationsvorhaben)
