Software als SaaS-Leistung Es soll eine Software-As-a-Service (SaaS) Lösung beschafft werden. Der Auftrag umfasst u.a.: 1. Bereitstellung und Implementierung einer Software für die Zentrale Betreuungsplatzvergabe für die Stadt Mannheim. 2. Datenimport der bisherigen Vormerkungen und belegten Plätze 3. Bereitstellung von personellen Bedarfen bei Serviceanfragen durch den Hersteller. 4. Wartung, Support und regelmäßige Updates der Software durch den Hersteller. 5. Beratung bei der Produkteinführung bei der Stadt Mannheim 6. Sicherstellung von Skalierbarkeit und Zukunftsfähigkeit über die gesamte Vertragslaufzeit 7. Schulungen von Multiplikatoren und Bereitstellung von Schulungsinhalten für die Einführung der Software durch den Hersteller Zielsetzung: 1. Stadtweite Nutzung der Software durch ca. 250 Mitarbeitende der Stadt Mannheim und der Träger in Kinderta- geseinrichtungen und der Schulkindbetreuung 2. Das System ist so zu konzipieren, dass es nicht nur den aktuellen Anforderungen ent-spricht, sondern auch flexibel auf zukünftige Entwicklungen und Gesetzmäßigkeiten reagiert werden kann 3.
