Die HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung (kurz HOWOGE) ist eines der kommunalen Wohnungsunternehmen des Landes Berlin und zählt mit rund. 82.150 Wohnungen zu den größten Vermietern deutschlandweit. Die HOWOGE-IT stellt den Mitarbeitern unterschiedliche Software-Produkte des Herstellers Adobe für die Erfüllung ihrer Arbeitsaufgaben zur Verfügung. Im Wesentlichen wird Acrobat Pro verwendet. Darüber hinaus werden Anwendungen der Creative Cloud genutzt. Gegenstand der zu vergebenden Leistungen ist die Verlängerung des aktuellen Lizenzbestandes sowie die Beschaffung zusätzlicher Lizenzen entsprechend dem erwarteten Unternehmenswachstum und den sich verändernden Arbeitsaufgaben. Zum Leistungsumfang gehört auch die Betreuung der HOWOGE in Bezug auf Service- und Supportanfragen. Folgende Leistung wird ausgeschrieben: - Acrobat Pro (oder Nachfolgeprodukt) - Adobe Creative Cloud und weiter Einzellizenzen. Die aktuell genutzten Lizenzen sind bis 03.12.2026 gültig. Vertragsbeginn ist der 04.12.2026 EVB-IT-Vertrag Überlassung Typ B. Die Mindestvertragslaufzeit beträgt zunächst 2 Jahre. Basis für den Rahmenvertrag bildet das von der HOWOGE aktuell in einem Three-Year-Committment gebundene Auftragsvolumen (2 Jahre Restlaufzeit).
