Description

Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist ein Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung ohne Abrufverpflichtung zur Beschaffung und Pflege von zeitlich befristeten Veeam Lizenzen und Produkten inkl. Upgrade und Verlängerung alter Bestandslizenzen. Die Rahmenvereinbarung dient der zentralen Beschaffung von Bedarfen, die in der Menge ungewiss und im Umfang nicht abschließend bestimmbar, jedoch regelmäßig wiederkehrend sind. Die Art der voraussichtlich benötigten Beschaffungen können die folgenden Lizenzen und Produkte vom Hersteller Veeam umfassen: - Veeam Kasten Lizenzen - Knoten-basierte Subscription-Lizenz - Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 - Veeam Data Cloud - sowie alle oben nicht genannten und zukünftigen weiteren Produkte von Veeam Dabei hat der Bieter feste Rabattsätze auf Neugeschäfte, beispielsweise bei Erweiterungen um zusätzliche VUL-Pakete und eine Rabattierung in Höhe von einem Rabattsatz auf den jeweils gültigen Listenpreis für Subscription-Laufzeiten von 1, 2, 3, 4 Jahren abzugeben Ausgenommen von den vorgenannten Rabattregelungen sind Vertragsverlängerungen sowie Bestandslizenzen (Renewals). Für diese gelten ausschließlich die jeweils vom Hersteller gewährten Sonderkonditionen. Das Vertragsvolumen für die Gesamtsumme aller Einzelaufträge (Abrufe) während der gesamten Vertragslaufzeit inkl. Verlängerung ist begrenzt auf 5 Mio. EUR netto. Bei Erreichen dieser Grenze endet das Vertragsverhältnis.
