The WSW mobil GmbH, the transport operator of Wuppertal, Germany, intends to procure a new mobility app and the associated backend system, referred to as the mobility platform. The contract also covers operation, maintenance and support, as well as the connection to business partner systems. The system must provide users with functions for ticketing, journey information, reservation, booking and use of defined mobility services. The aim is to make multimodal use of transport within the mobility network easier and better tailored to users' needs.
