Description

Zur Abwicklung der Geschäftsprozesse der LOTTO Hamburg GmbH wird ein IT-Zentralsoftwaresystem betrieben. Für die Verwaltung (Orchestrierung) des Systems wird als Software das Produkt „OpenShift Container“ vom Hersteller Red Hat und als Betriebssystem die Software „Linux Enterprise“, ebenfalls vom Hersteller Red Hat, bereits eingesetzt. Auftragsgegenstand ist die zeitlich befristete Überlassung von Standardsoftware (Softwarelizenzen), die Erbringung der Pflegeleistungen für die Standardsoftware (wie z. B. Lieferung von Updates und Upgrades) sowie Supportleistungen während des Überlassungszeitraumes als Anschlussverlängerung der bereits eingesetzten Produkte. Der abzuschließende EVB-IT Überlassungsvertrag sieht die Überlassung der Standardsoftware und die dazugehörende Erbringung der Pflege- und Supportleistungen für ein Laufzeitjahr vor. Weitere Anschlussverlängerungen sowie Leistungserweiterungen bzw. -anpassungen sowie sonstiger Leistungen sind optional während der gesamten Vertragslaufzeit von vier Jahren möglich.
