Description

Das Landratsamt Weilheim-Schongau betreibt eine IT-Umgebung, in der Produkte der Hersteller Broadcom sowie Omnissa für den Betrieb von Virtualisierungs- und Arbeitsplatzlösungen eingesetzt werden. Hierzu zählen insbesondere Komponenten zur Bereitstellung und zum Betrieb virtueller Arbeitsplatzumgebungen (VDI) sowie die zugehörigen Infrastruktur- und Managementkomponenten (z. B. Host-basierte Virtualisierung und ggf. erweiterte Plattformkomponenten). Ein Teil der aktuell eingesetzten Softwarelizenzen steht zur Verlängerung an. Gleichzeitig besteht ein Bedarf zur Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung der Lizenzstruktur im Hinblick auf: die zukünftige Nutzung virtueller Arbeitsplätze, die zugrunde liegende Virtualisierungsinfrastruktur, sowie die eingesetzten Lizenzmodelle (z. B. Concurrent-Use, Host-basierte Lizenzierung, paketierte Plattformmodelle). Vor diesem Hintergrund ist eine konsolidierte Beschaffung erforderlich, die sowohl bestehende als auch zukünftige Anforderungen abbildet. Das Landratsamt Weilheim-Schongau beabsichtig nun, die Lieferung, der Softwarelizenzen und dazugehörende Dienstleistungen für das Landratsamt Weilheim-Schongau auf Grundlage eines EVB-IT Softwareüberlassungsvertrags inkl. AGB und den EVB-IT Dienstleistung AGB zu beschaffen.
