Description

Lieferung standardisierter Notrufabfragesystem Gegenstand des Angebotes soll eine standardisierte Notrufabfragesoftware auf Basis der entsprechenden Abfrageprotokolle der International Academies of Emergency Dispatch (IAED) in der jeweils gültigen Fassung sein. Über die Gestellung der Software hinaus soll eine nachhaltige Systemimplementierung mit den entsprechenden organisationsstrukturellen und personalqualifizierenden Maßnahmen durchgeführt werden. Im Rahmen der Beschaffung und Implementierung der SNA soll auch die Einführung eines Qualitätsmanagementsystems und einer damit verbundenen Zertifizierung als „Center of Excellence“ nach den Vorgaben der IAED als weltweit standardsetzende Organisation für Notfalldisposition stattfinden.
