Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme eines ZNA-Systems (Informationssystem für die Notaufnahme) für das Albertinen-Krankenhaus/Albertinen-Haus gGmbH in Hamburg-Schnelsen Ziel dieses Projekts ist die Beschaffung, Implementierung und Wartung einer ZNA-Software für das Albertinen-Krankenhaus in Hamburg-Schnelsen. Die ZNA-Software soll den gesamten Ablauf in der zentralen Notaufnahme digital unterstützen - von der Patientenaufnahme bis zur Entlassung oder stationären Verlegung. Sie soll übersichtliche, rollenbasierte Ansichten für Ärzt:innen und Pflegekräfte bereitstellen, um aktuelle Patientenzustände, Raumbelegung, Dokumentation und offene Aufgaben schnell erfassbar zu machen. Für die Ersteinschätzung soll die Software eine intuitiv bedienbare, digitale Triagierung nach anerkannten Systemen wie ESI oder MTS unterstützen. Auch die Erfassung medizinischer Scores wie NEWS oder GCS soll integriert sein. Screeningfunktionen für Risiken wie u.a. Infektionen, Delir oder Sturzgefahr sollen gezielt zur Verfügung stehen. Die Dokumentation medizinischer Maßnahmen, Diagnosen und Verläufe soll direkt im System erfolgen. Ärztliche Anordnungen, etwa zu Medikation oder Diagnostik, sollen digital eingegeben und automatisch, z.B anhand von vordefinierten Behandlungspfaden, an die zuständigen Bereiche übermittelt werden, Die erbrachten Leistungen sollen automatisch erfasst und für die spätere Abrechnung aufbereitet werden.
