Description
Innerhalb des SAP ERP Systems wird der Rechnungsbearbeitungsprozess systemisch durch ein Softwareprodukt "Direct Invoice Control" (DIC) der Firma AFI unterstützt. Das aktuelle Softwareprodukt "Direct Invoice Control (DIC)" der Firma AFI zur Bearbeitung des Rechnungseingangs verfügt über Schnittstellen, um sowohl gescannte Rechnungen, Rechnungen aus einem Rechnungseingangspostfach oder auch X-Rechnung automatisiert in den Prozess einzuführen und zu archivieren. Die Absicht ist, dass auch unter SAP S/4HANA alle derzeit bestehenden Funktionalitäten und Prozesse erhalten bleiben. Die ausführliche Beschreibung der einzelnen Leistungen ist der Anlage 1 Leistungsbeschreibung zu entnehmen.
