Description
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind der Kauf (Überlassung) und die Pflege eines elektronischen Dokumentenmanagementsystems (DMS) sowie die Erbringung produktnaher Dienstleistungen für die Einführung eines DMS in den Bereichen Projektmanagement, Installation, Konfiguration, Migration und Schulung. Der AG behält sich darüber hinaus vor, produktnahe Dienstleistungen des AN nach Installation des DMS in Abstimmung mit dem AN zu beauftragen. Die genauen Angaben zu Leistung und Ausführung finden sich in den EVB-IT-Verträgen inklusive Anlagen.
