Description

1.1 Die DB InfraGO AG verfolgt mit der Vergabe eine flächendeckende Einführung des digitalen Planlaufmanagements für die Leistungsphase Ausführungsplanung, digitale Verwaltung aller Pläne und Prüfdokumente. Die Verteilung der Pläne an interne und externe Beteiligte im Planlauf soll schnell und effizient und über automatisierte Work-flows erfolgen. Die lückenlose Dokumentation aller zu prüfender Planunterlagen inklusive qualifizierter digitaler Signatur soll vollständiger digital durchlaufen und dabei ein eines einheitlichen Berichtswesen zum Fortschritt der Prüfung geschaffen werden. Zur Beschleunigung des Planlaufs und der Planfreigabe soll ein internetbasiertes Planma-nagementsystem eingesetzt werden, das die nahtlose Anbindung externer Beteiligter (z. B. Generalunternehmer, externe Prüfingenieure, externe Gutachter, Bauüberwacher) ermögli-chen soll. Die Software soll darauf ausgerichtet sein, die elektronische Planfreigabe voll-ständig zu unterstützen; alle hierfür geforderten Funktionen sollen ohne Ausnahme im Sys-tem enthalten sein. Ziele des Systems sind die Verkürzung des Zeitraums von der Planerstellung bis zur Plan-freigabe durch den Einsatz moderner Telekommunikationstechnik, die Sicherstellung, dass auf den Baustellen ausschließlich mit der jeweils aktuellen Planversion gearbeitet wird, ei-ne sofortige Übersicht darüber geben, bei welcher am Planfreigabeprozess beteiligten Stel-le sich ein Plandokument befindet, die digitale Archivierung der Plan- und Zusatzinforma-tionen sowie die Reduzierung der Gesamtkosten des Planfreigabeverfahrens. Das Planmanagement soll die Anforderungen für alle relevanten Planungsphasen abdecken und die komplexe Vorgangsanforderungen gemäß VV-BAU und VVBAU-STE unterstützen.
