Description

Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Beschaffung der erforderlichen Lizenzen sowie die Einführung, Konfiguration und Pflege einer Standardsoftware (inkl. technischem und optional Nutzersupport) für das Feststellungsverfahren nach dem SGB IX sowie Zuerkennung von Merkzeichen einschließlich der Ausstellung der Ausweise nach der Schwerbehindertenausweisverordnung, das im Landesamt für Soziales, Jugend und Gesundheit Sachsen-Anhalt zum Einsatz kommen soll. Die Leistung die Auftragnehmers beinhaltet Ersteinrichtung mit dem Hoster, Altdatenmigration, Anpassung der Standardsoftware an die spezifischen Anforderungen des LAS, Planung, Organisation und Auswertung der Tests, Inbetriebnahme des Produktivsystems mit dem Hoster nach Abnahme, Fehlerbeseitigung nach Abnahme in der Anlaufphase sowie eine Softwarepflege mit Störungshotline, Aktualisierung und Anpassung an jeweils aktuelle gesetzliche Regelungen und neue Betriebssystemversionen sowie abgestimmter Weiterentwicklung auf Basis einer institutionalisierten Steuerung durch die nutzenden Behörden.
