Der Landkreis Osterholz durchlebt eine Transformation seiner IT-Infrastruktur. Die Basis bildete lange Zeit eine klassische Büro-IT mit stationären Windows-PCs im internen Netzwerk. Parallel dazu hat sich - insbesondere seit den Anforderungen aus Corona, mobilem Arbeiten / veränderten Arbeitswelten und flexibleren Zugriffsszenarien - eine zusätzliche mobile Gerätelandschaft etabliert. Mobile Endgeräte (v.a. Diensthandys, Laptops, Convertibles, Surface-Geräte) sind heute gleichberechtigt neben der klassischen Büro-IT, werden aber über separate, heterogene Systeme oder händisch verwaltet. Der Landkreis Osterholz beabsichtigt daher, eine moderne Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Lösung im Rahmen eines wettbewerblichen Dialogs zu beschaffen, um die Verwaltung sämtlicher mobiler Endgeräte - sowohl Smartphones als auch Windows-basierte Endgeräte - in einem zentralen System zusammenzuführen.
