Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Beschaffung einer Mobile-Device-Management-Lösung (MDM) für den Betrieb On-Premises im Landesbetrieb Daten und Information (LDI). Die aktuell On-Premises betriebene Mobile-Device-Management-Lösung (MDM) erreicht das Ende ihres Lebenszyklus und wird vom Hersteller perspektivisch nicht mehr als On-Premises-Lösung unterstützt. Vor diesem Hintergrund wurde im Rahmen einer strategischen Bewertung entschieden, die bestehende Lösung vollständig abzulösen und durch eine moderne, zukunftsfähige MDM-Plattform zu ersetzen. Aufgrund der besonderen Anforderungen an Datenschutz, Datensouveränität und Informationssicherheit kommen Cloud-basierte Lösungen für den Auftraggeber nicht in Betracht. Die neue Lösung muss vollständig On-Premises betrieben werden können und in die bestehende IT-Infrastruktur des Auftraggebers integrierbar sein. Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist die Auswahl eines leistungsfähigen Auftragnehmers, der die Planung, Lieferung, Implementierung, Migration sowie die Betriebsunterstützung der neuen MDM-Gesamtlösung erbringt. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind insbesondere: -Lieferung einer mandantenfähigen vollständig On-Premises betriebenen MDM-Softwarelösung für die bezugsberechtigten Endkunden des Auftraggebers - Konzeption, Implementierung und Integration in die bestehende IT-Infrastruktur - Migration der bestehenden MDM-Umgebung einschließlich Gerätebestand und Konfigurationen sowie Richtlinien -Dokumentation und Schulung -Erbringung von herstellergestützter Betriebsunterstützung inklusive Bereitstellung von Software-Updates
