Description

Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist die zeitliche Lizenzüberlassung von Adobe Acrobat Standard Lizenzen und Adobe Acrobat Pro for Teams Lizenzen für Behörden für Mitarbeitende der Stadt Bielefeld. Bei der Stadt Bielefeld sind derzeit ca. 700 Adobe Acrobat Standard Lizenzen und ca. 120 Adobe Acrobat Professional Lizenzen im Einsatz. Zur besseren Kalkulation verpflichtet sich der Auftraggeber eine Mindestabnahme von insgesamt 650 Adobe Acrobat Standard Lizenzen und 100 Adobe Acrobat Professional Lizenzen während der gesamten Vertragslaufzeit. Die zu erbringenden Leistungen sind dem anliegenden EVB-IT Vertrag ID 19819 zu entnehmen. Die Vertragsdauer beträgt 3 Jahre. Der Vertrag beginnt voraussichtlich am 01.02.2026 und endet am 31.01.2029. Sollte sich der Vertragsbeginn auf einen späteren Zeitpunkt verschieben, gilt die Verschiebung auch für alle übrigen Termine. Die Lizenzen stehen dem Auftraggeber sofort, spätestens 14 Tage nach Vertragsabschluss, zur Nutzung zur Verfügung.
