Die Implementierung eines softwaregestützten Personalmanagementsystems in den Einrichtungen der GRN Gesundheitszentren Rhein-Neckar stellt eine strategische Investition dar, mit dem Ziel, die bestehenden Personalprozesse nachhaltig zu modernisieren, zu harmonisieren und zukunftsfähig auszurichten. Ziel der Ausschreibung ist es, einen geeigneten Anbieter und Implementierungspartner für die Einführung eines integrierten, modular erweiterbaren Personalmanagementsystems (HR-Suite) zu gewinnen, die die Personalabteilung, Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden in möglichst vielen personalwirtschaftlichen Prozessen effizient, sicher und medienbruchfrei unterstützt.
