Die Evangelische Krankenhaus Westerwald gGmbH plant die Einführung einer vollintegrierten, standortübergreifenden Finanzbuchhaltung mit Rechnungsworkflow und Anlagenbuchhaltung für die Standorte Dierdorf, Selters und Hachenburg. Ziel ist es, die bislang uneinheitlichen und überwiegend manuellen Prozesse zu digitalisieren, zu standardisieren und Schnittstellen zum Medizincontrolling sowie zum zentralen Einkauf in Limburg zu schaffen. Die bestehende Software E+S ist technisch veraltet und verursacht erhebliche manuelle Aufwände, insbesondere bei Kontoauszügen, Gehaltsbuchungen, Rechnungsfreigaben und der Anlagenbuchhaltung. Durch die neue Software sollen Synergien geschaffen, Ressourcen effizienter eingesetzt und eine zukunftsfähige gemeinsame Systemlandschaft aufgebaut werden. Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Einführung einer vollintegrierten, standortübergreifenden Finanzbuchhaltungssoftware für die Standorte Dierdorf, Selters und Hachenburg. Die Lösung muss insbesondere die Finanz-, Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung, ein digitales Rechnungseingangsbuch mit konfigurierbarem Prüf- und Freigabeworkflow, den Zahlungsverkehr, das Mahn- und Forderungsmanagement sowie die Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Auswertungen umfassen. Die Software soll die bestehenden, veralteten und überwiegend manuellen Buchhaltungsprozesse ablösen, vereinheitlichen und automatisieren. Erforderlich sind außerdem Schnittstellen zu den bestehenden Systemen des Medizincontrollings, der Patientenabrechnung, der Personal- und Lohnabrechnung, des zentralen Einkaufs, der Banken sowie zu weiteren Subsystemen und Auswertungslösungen. Die Anwendung muss die handels-, steuer- und krankenhausspezifischen Vorgaben, insbesondere nach KHBV und PBV, erfüllen, ein differenziertes Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzept ermöglichen und zwei Mandanten einschließlich Konzernkonsolidierung abbilden. Gewünscht wird eine Einrichtungs- und Einführungsbegleitung.
