Description

Die Rahmenvereinbarung umfasst die Beschaffung von Lizenzen und Softwarepflege für Produkte der Firma Adobe für die Institute und Einrichtungen der Max-Planck-Gesellschaft (MPG) und ihre assoziierten Einrichtungen. Die Rahmenvereinbarung umfasst den Einzelabruf von Lizenzen unter dem Vertragsmodell: ETLA (Enterprise Term License Agreement). Im ETLA-Vertrag werden Lizenzen befristet inklusive Softwarepflege erworben. Der zu dem Vertragstyp gehörende Vertrag wird von der MPG mit Adobe unabhängig von der vorliegenden Ausschreibung abgeschlossen. Der Großteil der in der MPG vorhandenen Lizenzen wird über den ETLA-Vertrag abgebildet. Der Auftraggeber kann die Rahmenvereinbarung, sofern erforderlich, optional um bis zu 12 Monate verlängern. Somit beträgt die maximale Vertragslaufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung bis zu 48 Monate.
