Description

ERP-System im Gesundheitswesen, Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Beschaffung, Einführung, Migration, Integration und Inbetriebnahme einer neuen, integrierten ERP-Lösung zur vollständigen Ablösung der bestehenden kaufmännischen und logistikbezogenen Systemlandschaft des Auftraggebers. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst neben der Bereitstellung der Software auch die Konzeption, Implementierung, Datenmigration, Integration, Inbetriebnahme sowie die Unterstützung bei Tests und Produktivsetzung der neuen Lösung. Die bestehende Systemlandschaft ist unter Berücksichtigung eines möglichst unterbrechungsfreien Betriebs abzulösen. Bestandteil des Auftrags ist ferner die Bereitstellung und Implementierung der erforderlichen Schnittstellen zu den weiterhin im Einsatz verbleibenden Bestandssystemen. Hierzu gehören insbesondere die Anbindung an das Patientenabrechnungssystem SAP IS-H sowie die Integration mit i.s.h.med zur Unterstützung der Material-, Medikations- und Implantatedokumentation. Sämtliche Schnittstellen sind so bereitzustellen, dass ein durchgängiger, sicherer und konsistenter Datenaustausch zwischen den Systemen gewährleistet ist. Auf Ebene von Benutzern oder Endgerätearbeitsplätzen gibt es keine Einzellizenzierungen. Gefordert wird eine zahlenmäßig unabhängige Lizenz (sog. Campus-Lizenz). Der Leistungsumfang umfasst ferner die Lieferung und Überlassung der erforderlichen Softwarelizenzen bzw. Nutzungsrechte, die Einrichtung und Parametrisierung, die Datenmigration aus den Altsystemen, die Anbindung der Bestandssysteme, Schulung und Dokumentation sowie die anschließende Softwarepflege und den Support. Vertragliche Grundlage der zu erbringenden Lieferungen und Leistungen wird ein EVB-IT Rahmenvertrag sein, welcher insbesondere aus Elementen des EVB-IT System, des EVB-IT Überlassungsvertrag Typ A, des EVB-IT Cloud-Vertrags sowie des EVB-IT Pflege S-Vertrags jeweils mit den korrespondierenden EVB-IT AGB besteht
