Subscriptionsverlängerung von BMC Control-M Lizenzen * BMC Control-M, Subscription License inklusive Continuous Support für 36 bzw. 45 Monate * Subscription License für inklusive Support für 45 Monate * Die Lizenzierung von Control-M erfolgt auf Basis - der maximalen Anzahl von Tasks pro Tag - der Anzahl der Unternehmen und - der Dauer der Lizenzperiode. Der Continuous Support wird in Zusammenarbeit mit BMC Software erbracht und steht während der Lizenzperiode zur Verfügung. Der Continuous Support wird nach Wahl des Kunden auch in deutscher Sprache erbracht. Control M ist seit über 13 Jahren produktiv in der IT Landschaft der ITK-Rheinland im Einsatz; alle Batch und ETL Prozesse, Schnittstellen zu SAP, Oracle und MS SQL sowie das Monitoring sind bereits darauf aufgebaut. Das Lizenzmodell nach Tasks pro Tag und Companies entspricht exakt dem Nutzungsvolumen und ermöglicht eine transparente Kostenplanung. Der Continuous Support wird in Kooperation mit BMC Software bereitgestellt und kann in deutscher Sprache erfolgen, sodass ein lokaler, fachkundiger Service gewährleistet ist. Ein Wechsel zu einer anderen Lösung würde erhebliche Migrations , Schulungs und Integrationskosten sowie das Risiko von Serviceunterbrechungen mit sich bringen.
