AWplus-Benutzeroberfläche mit Postgres mit PostGIS -Datenbank-Kompatibilität und Schnittstellenfunktionalitäten. Im Rahmen dieser Vergabe werden die Übernahme, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des AWplus-Bestandssystems ausgeschrieben. Ein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Pflege und Wartung, sowie der Weiterentwicklung der AWplus-Anwendung. Die Übernahme muss für den fortlaufenden Weiterbetrieb nahtlos zum 01.12.2026 erfolgen. Das AWplus-Bestandssystem dient der Verwaltung und Bearbeitung folgender Vorgänge für private, geschäftliche und militärische Zwecke innerhalb Deutschlands: - Meldungen von Flugsicherungseinrichtungen - Geplante Bauvorhaben - Vorhaben im Rahmen Träger öffentlicher Belange Es erfolgt die vollumfängliche und abschließende digitale Bearbeitung von Vorgängen nach § 18a LuftVG. Darüber hinaus beinhaltet das System eine 2D-Karte aller Anlagenschutzbereiche von zivilen Flugsicherungseinrichtungen auf dem Gebiet der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Ergänzend beinhaltet das AWplus-System eine 3D-Vorprüfungsapplikation zwecks Ermittlung, ob ein (geplantes) Bauwerk in einem Anlagenschutzbereich liegt.
