Die vorliegende Bekanntmachung soll kein Vergabeverfahren einleiten und auch dieses nicht vorbereiten. Sie dient nur der Markterkundung. Das Staatsinstitut für Schulqualität und Bildungsforschung (ISB) führt eine Markterkundung zur Vorbereitung einer Beschaffung im Bereich der BayernCloud Schule (nachfolgend: ByCS) durch, welche digitale Anwendungen und Dienste für die bayerische Schulfamilie bereitstellt. Der Auftraggeber prüft die künftige Bereitstellung, Weiterentwicklung, Integration und den Be-trieb einer digitalen Board-Anwendung für die ByCS. Bei der bestehenden Anwendung handelt es sich um eine browserbasierte interaktive Tafelsoftware. Gegenstand der Markterkundung ist die Frage, ob geeignete Marktteilnehmer in der Lage sind, das bestehende ByCS-Board bzw. dessen Codebasis zu übernehmen, zu warten, zu pflegen und weiterzuentwickeln oder das bestehende ByCS-Board durch eine fachlich und technisch geeignete andere Board-Anwendung zu ersetzen. Ziel der Markterkundung ist es, belastbare Informationen über am Markt verfügbare und für den beschriebenen Bedarf grundsätzlich geeignete Lösungen zu gewinnen. Insbesondere soll untersucht werden, ob eine bereits verfügbare oder anpassbare Board-Anwendung die fachlichen, technischen, datenschutzrechtlichen und betrieblichen Anforderungen des Auftraggebers erfüllen kann und in die ByCS-Umgebung integriert, betrieben, gepflegt und weiterentwickelt werden kann. Im Rahmen der Markterkundung sollen insbesondere Erkenntnisse darüber gewonnen werden, ob und ggf. durch wen die beschriebenen Leistungen bereitgestellt werden können.
