Die vorliegende Ausschreibung betrifft den Abschluss eines oder mehrerer Lieferverträge für verschiedene Sever für das Projekt „Mainline-6G“ sowie in Los 1 für das Projekt „IDIAL“ Ausgeschrieben werden drei Lose: • Los 1 - LLM-Hosting Server • Los 2 - Storage-Server • Los 3 - Virtualisierung-Server Im Rahmen eines Forschungsprojekts müssen 2x zwei LLM-Hosting Server beschafft werden. Das Produkt muss folgende Kriterien erfüllen: • Dual Node Nvidia Grace Hopper Superchip GH200 NVL2 (Grace CPU und H100 GPU) • RAM: 960GB LPDDR5X ECC (480GB pro Node) und 288GB HBM3e (144GB pro GPU) • CPU-GPU Interconnect: NVLink-C2C • GPU-GPU Interconnect: NVLink • Netzwerk: ConnectX-7 Dual-port QSFP112 200Gbit Infiniband und Ethernet • NVMe OS: 2x 960GB M.2 NVMe PCIe4.0 3D TLC mit 5 Jahren Garantie • NVMe Daten: 3x 3,84TB E1.S NVMe PCIe4.0 3D TLC mit 5 Jahren Garantie • Luftkühlung • Board Management Controller (BMC) inkl. Lizenzen für OOB Updates von Bios und Firmware • Betriebssystem: ohne • Garantie: 3 Jahre für Gesamtsystem Hinweis: für die beiden Systeme ist eine getrennte Rechnung zu stellen.; Im Rahmen eines Forschungsprojekts müssen zwei Storageserver beschafft werden. Das Produkt muss folgende Kriterien erfüllen: • Chassis: Supermicro 2115HS-TNR 2U • CPU: AMD EPYC 9455P 48-Core • Memory: 8x 64GB DDR5 6400MHz ECC RDIMM • NVMe OS: 2x 960GB M.2 NVMe PCIe4.0 3D TLC mit 5 Jahren Garantie (Micron 7450 Pro) • NVMe Daten: 24x 30,72TB U.2 PCIe 5.0 NVMe 14GB/s Lesen / 10GB/s Schreiben mit 5 Jahren Garantie (Micron 9550 Pro) • Netzwerk System: AIOM 2x 10GbE RJ45 Broadcom BCM57416 (AOC-ATG-b2TM) • Netzwerk Adapter: Nvidia ConnectX-7 Dual-port QSFP112 200Gbit Infiniband und Ethernet • Server Management: OOB Management Package • Garantie: 3 Jahre auf Gesamtsystem; Im Rahmen eines Forschungsprojekts müssen zwei Virtualisierungsserver beschafft werden.
