Description

Die Gemeinde Nüdlingen beabsichtigt einen Ersatzneubau für die Grundschule für acht Klassen und den Neubau eines Hortes mit Kochküche für 100 Hortkinder. Schule und Hort sind als separate Baukörper geplant und werden auf dem Gelände des derzeitigen Sportplatzes errichtet. Als Grundstück steht der gegenwärtige Sportplatz der Schlossberg-Grundschule Nüdlingen zur Verfügung. Die Außenanlage wird überarbeitet, Sportflächen wie Sprunggrube und 50m Laufbahn werden in der Freifläche integriert. Die Schule weist eine Grundrissabmessung von ca. 29 x 27 m auf und verfügt über drei oberirdische Geschosse und ist einfach unterkellert. Im Eingangsbereich kragen die Obergeschosse ca. 2,50 m über das Erdgeschoss aus. Die oberen Geschosse gliedern sich mit einer umlaufenden Galerie um einen Luftraum über der Pausenhalle. Der Luftraum wird mit einem Glasdach nach oben begrenzt. Der Hort weist eine Grundrissabmessung von ca. 27 x 24 m auf, verfügt über zwei Geschosse und ist nicht unterkellert. Auch beim Hort erfolgt die Überdachung des Eingangsbereiches durch eine Auskragung des Obergeschosses. Analog der Schule erhält der Hort einen zweigeschossigen Luftraum mit Glasdach. In diesem Luftraum befindet sich eine zentrale Treppe, die das Obergeschoss erschließt. Diese umfassen im Wesentlichen folgende Arbeiten für Schule und Hort: Lieferung von kindgerechten Werkbänken, Aufbewahrungssystemen und Arbeitsmitteln unter Berücksichtigung geltender Sicherheitsnormen.
