Schulen in Mannheim - Winterdienst Erbringung von Winterdienstleistungen insbesondere der Räumung von Eis und Schnee, Abstumpfung der Flächen bei Glätte mit Sand oder gebrochenem Splitt auf Hof- und Gehwegflächen gemäß beigefügter Flächenverzeichnisse unter zwingender Einhaltung der gültigen Gehwegreinigungssatzung der Stadt Mannheim an 57 städtischen Schulliegenschaften, die im Stadtgebiet von Mannheim verteilt sind. Die Liegenschaften werden in 7 Lose aufgeteilt und von der BBS Bau- und Betriebsservice GmbH betreut. Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt 2 Jahre (2 Winterdienstsaisons, mit der Option der Verlängerung um eine weitere Saison bei den Losen 1,2 und 3). Die Vertragslaufzeit der Lose 4-7 beträgt ausschließlich 2 Jahre ohne eine Verlängerungsoption. Die Winterdienstsaison beginnt am 01.11. und endet am 31.03. eines jeden Jahres. Ziel ist es einen verkehrssicheren Zustand an den Liegenschaften herzustellen und zu erhalten.
