Description
Gegenstand der von den Berliner Stadtreinigung (BSR) ausgeschriebenen Leistung ist die winterliche Bearbeitung von Flächen im öffentlichen Straßenland von Berlin (Gehwege einschl. Treppen, Haltestellen, Brücken sowie Parkplätze und Radwege). Unter „winterlicher Bearbeitung“ ist die Schneeräumung und die Glättebeseitigung zu verstehen. Grundlage der Leistungserbringung ist das Straßenreinigungsgesetz in seiner jeweils gültigen Fassung.
