Description

Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt für die Dauer von einem Jahr den Transport und die Verwertung bzw. Entsorgung von Sieb- und Rechenrückstände, Sandfangrückstände sowie Abfällen aus der Kanalreinigung der verbandseigenen Kläranlagen. Es besteht die Option zur jährlichen Vertragsverlängerung um jeweils ein Jahr, maximal jedoch bis zu vier Jahre.Die Leistung umfasst die folgenden Jahresrichtmengen: - ca. 80 t Sieb- und Rechengutrückstände (AVV-Code: 190801) vom KW Gera- ca. 80 t Sieb- und Rechengutrückstände (AVV-Code: 190801) von Kläranlagen aus Umleertouren- ca. 250 t Sandfanggutrückstände (AVV-Code: 190802) vom KW Gera- ca. 50 t Sandfanggutrückstände (AVV-Code: 190802) von Kläranlagen aus Umleertouren- ca. 200 t Abfälle aus der Kanalreinigung (AVV-Code: 200306) vom KW Geraaus insgesamt 20 Kläranlagen und dem Klärwerk Gera.Die angegebenen Mengen sind Schätzwerte, die auf dem Reststoffanfall der Vorjahre basieren. Ein Anspruch des Auftragnehmers auf eine jährliche Mindest- oder Maximalmenge lässt sich hieraus jedoch nicht ableiten. Mehr- oder Mindermengen sind daher in die Einheitspreise einzukalkulieren. Eventuelle Änderungen führen nicht zu Preisänderungen. Die Rahmenvereinbarung endet automatisch, sobald der Höchstwert von 665.000 € erreicht ist, unabhängig von der Vertragslaufzeit.
