Description

Das denkmalgeschützte Gebäude Haus 3 (Baujahr 1912, Bruttogrundfläche ca. 12.000 m², BRI ca. 43.900 m³), welches bis vor Kurzem durchgehend als Bettenhaus genutzt wurde, wird in 75 Wohnungen für Pflegekräfte der Münchenstift GmbH und der München Klinik gGmbH umgebaut. Das Gebäude hat ein UG, ein EG, drei OGs und ein DG. Der westliche, eingeschoßige Anbau (Haus 3b) und der östliche, zweigeschossige Verbindungsbau (Haus 3a) wurden nachträglich errichtet (Bauzeit ca. 1961 - 1967) und sind nicht Bestandteil des Denkmalschutzes. Gegenstand dieses Auftrags sind die Sanitär- und Abluftanlagen. Nähere Angaben siehe Ziffer 5.1. Ergänzung zu Ziffer 2.1, ca.-Mengen: 256 St. Sanitärobjekte; 256 St. Installationselemente in bauseitiger Trockenbauwand; 25 St. Armaturen DN 15-80; 3480 m Rohrleitung aus Edelstahlrohr für Trinkwasser DN 15-80; 1295 m Kunststoffrohrleitung Schweißmuffen für Schmutz- und Regenwasser DN 40-200; 85 St. Anschluss an Wohnungsstation vom Gewerk Heizung; 700 m Dämmung an Rohrleitungen TW mit Isolierung aus Mineralwolle alukaschiert im Bereich von Vorwänden; 420 m Dämmung an Rohrleitungen SW mit 40 mm Isolierung aus geschlossenzelligem reißfestem Gittergewebe; 146 St. Kernbohrungen DN 50-200, inkl. Entsorgung der Bohrkerne; 7 St. Bodenebenes Duschelement mit Ablaufkörper; 3 St. Geschlossene Hebeanlage für Schmutzwasser und Durchleitung; 1 St. Durchlauferhitzer 21 kW; 95m Rohrleitung aus Stahlrohr für Feuerlöschleitung DN 80-100; 1 St. Trennstation mit Druckerhöhung für Löschwasser; 1 St. Vorlagebehälter für Trennstation 3000 l aus Stahl; 5 St. Armaturen Löschwasser DN 80-100; 575 m Montage von Wickelfalzrohr verzinkt DN 80-300; 560 St. Montage von Formteilen für Wickelfalzrohr DN 80-300; 120m Montage von Luftleitung als Flexrohr in Aluminium rund DN 80-125; 15 St. Montage von Brandschutzklappen rund und eckig; 121 St. Montage von Schalldämpfern rund und eckig; 30 St. Luftauslässe; 40 m² Dämmung von Kanälen und Formstücken mit Mineralwolle alukaschiert; 88 St. Kernbohrungen DN 50- 200, inkl. Entsorgung der Bohrkerne; 1 St. Einzelraumlüfter mit Nachlaufrelais und Feuchtregelung, Ansteuerung über Lichtschalter 121 St. in Unterputzausführung; 27 St. Dachhauben DN 100-250 aus verzinktem Stahlblech und Durchführung durch ein Satteldach im Farbton nach Vorgabe des AG lackiert; 73 St. wartungsfreie Brandschotts nach DIN 18017 DN 100-250; 1 St. Dokumentation; 1 St. Bestandsdokumentation. Bestandteil der Ausschreibung ist außerdem ein Instandhaltungsvertrag (Inspektion und Wartung), der für die Dauer von 4 Jahren nach erfolgter Abnahme der errichteten Anlage geschlossen werden soll.
