Zu liefern sind 1.480,50 m Stahlrohre DN 1.200; Abmessung 1219 X 12,5 mm, ZM / PE-v + FZM bzw. GFK, Werkstoff P235TR2, Werkstoff-Nr. 1.0255, Länge Einzelrohrstangen 13,5 m Alle Rohre mit: - ZM-Auskleidung für Trinkwasserleitungen nach DIN EN 10298, CEM I in Verbindung mit DIN 2880 - hygienischen Anforderungen nach DVGW W 347 in Verbindung mit W 270, UBA-Leitlinien, deutsche Trinkwasserverordnung und DIN 2000, - verstärkter PE-v-Außenumhüllung nach DIN 30670, Farbe Schwarz, Mindestschichtdicke 3,7 mm und - für Verlegung im Rohrgraben: entweder mit zusätzlicher FZM-Umhüllung in Normalausführung (FZM-N) nach Herstellervorschrift und DVGW Arbeitsblatt GW 340 für den mechanischen Schutz, Mindestschichtdicke 7mm ODER mit GFK-Umhüllung nach Herstellervorschrift, Mindestschichtdicke 2,5 mm - 3.1-Abnahmeprüfzeugnissen für Stahlrohre, für ZM, für PE-v, für FZM bzw-. GFK und - 3.2-Abnahmeprüfzeugnis für Stahlrohre und Vormaterial durch eine zugelassene Prüfanstalt je nach DIN EN 10204. Rohre müssen an den Rohrenden immer verschlossen bleiben, die Rohrenden sind mit Kunststoffkappen zu verschließen.
