Rohbauarbeiten mit Erdarbeiten, Mikropfahlgründung und konstruktiven Abbrucharbeiten Baustelleneinrichtung, Medienversorgung, Verkehrssicherung. Erdarbeiten: Baugrubenaushub 855 cbm, Rohrgrabenaushub 120 cbm, Entwässerungsarbeiten: Grundleitungen 450 m, Schächte 4Stk, Hebeanlage, Drainage 95 lfm Unterfangungsarbeiten, auch im Gebäude 25 cbm, 38 Stk Mikropfähle, davon 10 Stk im Innenbereich. Abbruch von Lichtschächten, Kanälen etc. im Außenbereich. Rohbauarbeiten im Bestand, Hauptmaßnahmen: - Neues Fluchttreppenhaus an Außenfassade, EG bis OG - Neues Hauptreppenhaus im Gebäude, UG bis OG - Neuer Aufzugsschacht im Gebäude, EG bis OG. Diese Maßnahmen incl. Absprießung, Abbrucharbeiten, neue Stahlbetonwände, Aufzugsschacht, Stützen und Unterzüge, in das Bestandgebäude integriert. Herstellen von neuen Türöffnungen, statische Eertüchtigungen im Fassadenbereich. Baustahl 60to, 6.700 Stk Bewehrungsanschlüsse Bestand. Einlegearbeiten für Elektro und Blitzschutz
