Los 74 Baumeisterarbeiten Bestand. 1. Konstruktiver Abbruch im Bestandsgebäude: - ca. 40 St. neue Türöffnungen in Bestandswänden herstellen; - ca. 1 700 m tragendes und nicht tragendes Mauerwerk in verschiedenen Dicken abbrechen und entsorgen - Ausführung als Komplett- und Teilabbruch; - ca. 1 500 m Bodenplatte in Teilflächen für Gründungen und Grundleitungen abbrechen und entsorgen sowie durch neue Stahlbetonbauteile ersetzen; - ca. 600 m Terrazzobodenbelag einschl. Estrich abbrechen und entsorgen; - ca. 5 St. Treppenanlagen, teilweise als Blockstufen abbrechen und entsorgen; - ca. 400 m Bestandsfenster ausbauen und seitlich lagern; - ca. 880 m Stahlbetonfertigteilfassadenelemente ausbauen, zerkleinern und entsorgen. 2. Beton- und Stahlbetonarbeiten für tragende und raumbildende Bauteile: - ca. 220 m Bodenplatte mit WU-Anforderungen Neubau; - ca. 1.500 m Bodenplattenergänzungen Bestand ohne WU- Anforderungen; - ca. 650 m Streifen-und Einzelfundamente; - ca. 2 700 m Außen- und Innenwände Oberflächenqualität teilweise mit Sichtbetonanforderungen bis SB3; - ca. 880 m Außenwände als Fertigteile, ca. 110 m als Halbfertigteile; - ca. 1 900 m Ortbeton-und Halbfertigteil-Deckenflächen; - 2 neue Treppenläufe aus Ortbeton im Bestand; - ca. 200 m Ergänzung von Bestandsdecken aus Stahlbeton; - ca. 150 m Unterzüge im Neubau. 3. Mauerarbeiten zur Herstellung ca. 1 800 m nichttragender Innenwände und ca. 150 m Klinker-Außenwand.
