01 Rohbauarbeiten ENB Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Rohbauarbeiten für diesen Ergänzungsneubau und umfassen die Baustelleneinrichtung, Verbauarbeiten, Erdarbeiten, Wasserhaltungsarbeiten, Beton- und Stahlbetonarbeiten, Mauerarbeiten, Abdichtungsarbeiten, Grundleitungen und Gebäudeeinführungen. Im Rahmen der Rohbauarbeiten fallen folgende Leistungen an: Trägerbohlenwand ca. 520 m² Verpressanker ca. 330 m Boden Baugrube lösen lagern B 50-60m L 45 50m T bis 7m ca. 12.000 m³ Boden Verwertung zuführen ca. 10.750 m³ Offene Wasserhaltung Pumpensumpf Brunnenring ca. 5 St. Offene Wasserhaltung Sickerleitung ca. 230 m Offene Wasserhaltung Saugleitung ca. 250 m Füllmaterials Schottertragschicht einbauen ca. 1.900 m³ Wärmedämmschicht Schaumglas D60 mm unter BDPL ca. 1.400 m² Ortbeton Bodenplatte+Außenwand U1(BDPL) Stahlbeton+ FBVS ca. 1.000 m³ Wärmedämmschicht Schaumglas D50-200 mm Wände ca. 1.300 m² Innenwand (IW) Stahlbeton/ Elementwandplatten ca. 1.000 m² Außenwand (AW) Stahlbeton/ Elementwandplatten ca. 1.600 m² Ortbeton Stützen, Unter-/ Überzüge Stahlbeton ca. 30 m³ Decken Stahlbeton alle Geschosse/ Elementdeckenplatten ca. 4.900 m² Treppenanlage Ortbeton 3- läufig ca. 3 m³ Betonfertigteile Treppenläufe + Treppenpodestplatten ca. 15 St. Betonfertigteile Schächte U- förmig ca. 36 St. Betonfertigteile Sockelplatte HBT ca. 110/230/12 cm ca. 54 St. Betonfertigteil Vordach mit Attika HBT ca. 860/200/20 cm 1 St. VS Verbindung Seilschlaufen ca. 165 m Bewehrungsrückbiegeanschluss Wand HBT ca. 169 m Bewehrungs- Schraubanschl.
