Description

Rohbauarbeiten und Baustelleneinrichtung Rohbauarbeiten Das Grundstück mit den Gebäuden entlang des Margaretendamm wurde bisher als Jugendzentrum genutzt. Die Gebäude soll generalsaniert und um einen Neubau ergänzt werden. Das vorhandene Grundstück wird um ein weiteres Grundstück erweitert. Erbaut wurde das Gebäude (Fabrikbau) um 1910 und um 1966 um eine Halle (Skaterhalle) erweitert. Im Jahr 2012 wurden im Zuge der Übernahme durch die Offene Jugendarbeit Bamberg unter der Trägerschaft von iSo umfangreiche Renovierungsarbeiten am Gebäude durchgeführt. Im Jahr 2015 erneuerte die Stadt Bamberg das Dach des Jugendzentrums.
