Description

Im Rahmen der Sanierung des Freibades Eschbachtal werden Rohbaubauarbeiten für die Erstellung neuer Eingangs-, Technik- und Umkleidegebäude, sowie Schwimmbecken, Fischaufstiegsanlage und Fundamente entlang des Bachlaufs benötigt. Die Arbeiten werden an verschiedenen Stellen auf dem Baugelände, zu verschiedenen Zeiten ausgeführt und sind in vier Bauabschnitte aufgeteilt und den einzelnen Bauphasen angepasst. Mehrfache An- und Abfahrten werden notwendig. Die Baustelleneinrichtung für die eigene Leistung ist inkludiert. Hauptmassen aus den Ausschreibungsunterlagen: Beton-Arbeiten: ca. 1865 m³ WU Beton: ca. 965 m³ Bewehrung; ca. 365 Tonnen Stab- und Mattenstahl Schutzgeländer: ca. 1000 lfm, Holzkonstruktion Brunnengründung: ca. 20 Stk d= 1,0 - 2,0 m, l= bis 3,50 m Brunnengründung: ca. 35 Stk d= 1,0 - 2,0 m, l= bis 5,70 m Wasserhaltung für Baugruben und Gebäude Verlegung von Grundleitungen, DN 100-120 ca. 415 lfm Betonkernaktivierung ca. 1225 m² Schotter- und Tragschichten: ca. 1.130 m³
