Mauerarbeiten (DIN 18 330); In Bad Arolsen soll ein neues Archivgebäude zur Unterbringung der als UNESCO Weltkulturerbe eingestuften Dokumente der Arolsen Archives entstehen. Das Baugrundstück befindet sich in der Jahnstraße 7, in 34454 Bad Arolsen. Die Leistung behandelt das Gewerk Erd-, Maurer-, Beton- und Abdichtungsarbeiten. Das Projekt "Neubau Archivgebäude Arolsen Archives" wird als Nachhaltiges Bauen gemäß dem Bewertungssystem "Bewertungssystem Nachhaltiges Bauen (BNB) - Neubau Büro- und Verwaltungsgebäude - Version 2015" zertifiziert. Es wird die Erfüllung des Qualitätsniveaus 4 gefordert. Es sind Materialökologische Anforderungen, Anforderungen an verantwortungsbewusste Ressourcengewinnung sowie Anforderungen an die Baustelle (lärm-, staub- und abfallarme Baustelle, Boden- und Grundwasserschutz Baustelle) während der Bauausführung zu beachten und zu erfüllen.
