MRI Stamm, Erschließung Strahlenbunker Das Staatliche Bauamt München 2 plant die Errichtung eines neuen Strahlenbunkers auf dem Klinikgelände rechts der Isar. Hierfür erfolgt im 1. Bauabschnitt die Erweiterung der Ver- und Entsorgungsanlagen, in unterschiedlichen Bereichen /Geschoßen des Bestandsgebäudes Strahlentherapie. Leistungen im Gewerk Rohbauarbeiten: - Baustelleneinrichtung mit 2-stöck. Containeranlage inkl.2 Sanitärcontainer +1 St Kran - 125 m3 Aushub - 180,0 m2 Teilabbruch Stahlkassettenfassade inkl. KFM-Dämmung - 15m2 Abbruch Gitterostpodest - 21,5 m2 Abbruch Stahlbeton - 25 St Abbruch Fenster und Türen - 240 m2 Abbruch Trockenbauwände - 100 m2 Abbruch FB-Aufbau - 350 m² Abbruch Dämmung/Abdichtung - jeglicher Abbruch inkl. Entsorgung - 120 m2 Perimeterdämmung - 530 m2 bituminöse Abdichtung - 95,0 m2 Mauerwerksarbeiten - 40,5 m3 Stahlbetonarbeiten - 85 kg Stahlelemente
