Die gesamte Baumaßnahme umfasst den Neubau eines Feuerwehrgebäudes im Bereich des Bebauungsplan 8 der Stadt Sieverstedt „An der alten Mühle“ im Norden von Stenderupau, bestehend aus einer Fahrzeughalle mit 5 Stellplätzen, die von einem eingeschossigen Anbau mit angegliederter Küche von Süden und Westen „umklammert“ wird. Die Konstruktion wird auf Bodenplatte mit Frostschürze gegründet, besteht aus Kalksandsteinmauerwerk mit Stb-Decken mit umlaufendem Randbalken. Die Halle wird als Hozständerbau auf den massiven Verwaltungstrakt aufgesetzt. Der Verwaltungstrakt erhält eine Verblendfassade und die Halle eine Steckpaneelfassade. Diese Ausschreibung umfasst die Erweiterten Rohbauarbeiten Folgende Hauptleistungen sind u.a. im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung zu erbringen: - Planum und Sauberkeitsschicht ca. 1.200m² - Streifen und Einzelfundamente, ca.45m³ - Sohlplatte ca. 1200m², davon ca.320m² mit Gefälle - Stahlbetonwände, ca. 80 m² - Stahlbetonaufkantungen, Sockelwände, Unter- und Überzüge ca. 240m² - Stahlbetondecken, ca. 880m², davon ca. 130m² endfertig geglättet und vergütet - 1 FT-Treppenlauf - Kalksandsteinmauerwerk versch. Wandstärken, ca. 1.100 m² - Verblendmauerwerk, ca. 460 m², incl. Kerndämmung, FT-Stürze etc. - Hybridputzarbeiten, ca. 1.200m² - Rappputzarbeiten, ca. 1.400²
