Description

Die bestehende Schule wurde im Jahr 1930 errichtet und stellt einen historischen Gebäudebestand dar. Der geplante 2-geschossige Anbau entsteht auf dem westlichen, oberen Schulhofgelände. Ziel der Baumaßnahme ist die Erweiterung der vorhandenen Schulflächen zur Schaffung zusätzlicher Unterrichts- und Betreuungsräume. Der Neubau wird über einen Verbindungsgang mit dem Bestandsgebäude verbunden. Zur Verbesserung der Barrierefreiheit wird zusätzlich eine Aufzugsanlage in massiver Bauweise in den Gebäudebestand integriert. Art und Umfang der Leistung: 1 Stck. Baustelleneinrichtung 3 Stck. Baumschutz inkl. Wurzelschutz 17 Stck. Kampfmittelsondierung 55 m Verbauarbeiten 1.900 cbm Erdaushub 100 m Grundleitung 20 qm Mauerarbeiten 1.100 qm Beton- und Stahlbetonarbeiten ca. 22.750 kg Bewehrung 800 qm Abdichtungs- und Dämmarbeiten
