Description

Die Stadt Braunschweig plant die Erweiterung der Gaussschule in Braunschweig, Löwenwall 18. Es ist ein voll unterkellerter-3,5-geschossiger Bau von ca. 38,50 m x 17,50 m zu errichten. Der Bauherr schreibt die Rohbauarbeiten für o.g. Bauvorhaben aus. Als Unternehmerleistung sind im Wesentlichen Erdarbeiten, Verbauarbeiten, Kleinbohrverpresspfähle, Arbeiten im Stahlbetonbau (Ortbeton, Halbfertigteile), sowie Maurerarbeiten und Vormauerschalen zu erbringen. Die ausgeschriebene Leistung umfasst im Wesentlichen: Allgemeine Baustelleneinrichtung Containeranlagen ca. 600 m2 Schutzmaßnahmen für Straßen ca. 4.000 m3 Erdarbeiten ca. 410 m2 Trägerbohlwände, teilweise mit Rückverankerung 5 Kleinbohrverpresspfähle ca. 380 m3 Stahlbeton Bodenplatte ca. 845 m3 Ortbetonwände ca. 785 m3 Ortbetondecken ca. 335 m2 Mauerwerk aus KS ca. 475 m2 Abdichtungsarbeiten Außenwände ca. 255 t Bewehrungsstahl ca. 360 m2 Verblendmauerwerk aus KS ca. 400 m2 Außenputzarbeiten ca. 742 m2 Verblendmauerwerk aus Ziegeln Blitzschutz- und Erdungsanlagen Elektro-Leerverrohrung 3 St Rigolenanlagen Schmutzwasserhaltung Schachtanlagen
