Rohbauarbeiten / Erd-, Kanal, u. Betonarbeiten Rohbauarbeiten - Erd-, Kanal- und betonarbeiten Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die Rohbauarbeiten für den Neubau eines Erweiterungsgebäudes der Bonifatiusschule in Fulda. Er wird in Massivbauweise (Stahlbeton) als zweigeschossiger, längsgerichteter Riegel errichtet und bildet künftig den Ausbau zur Ganztagsschule mit Mensa (Gebäudeklasse 3). Die Abmessungen des Neubaus betragen ca. L x B : 59,40m x 10,60 bis 16,50m. Die Grundfläche beträgt ca. 770m². Die Gebäudehöhe beträgt talseitig 9,50m über OK Gelände. Das Gebäude dient künftig als Ganztagsschule mit Mensa und wird als nicht unterkellerter - teilweise im Hang eingebundener- Massivbau mit Flachdach ausgeführt. Die Leistungen umfassen unter anderem Erd-, Grundleitungs-, Beton-, Schlosser- und Mauerwerksarbeiten einschließlich Baustelleneinrichtung und erforderlicher Infrastruktur.
