Die Leistung gliedert sich in: - Erdbauarbeiten mit Baugrubenaushub (16.770 m³), Verfüllungsarbeiten und Geländemodellierungen - Tiefbauarbeiten mit Ver- und Entsorgungsleitungen, Regenentwässerungen, Schachtarbeiten für Kabelverlegungen, Kabelzugsysteme - den Leistungsbereich Baumeister mit den Gründungen, Stahlbetonarbeiten (Stahlbetonfundamente: ca. 565 m³, Stahlbetonbodenplatte: ca. 1.297 m³, Stahlbetonwände: ca. 2.700 m³, Stahlbetondecke ca. 10.054 m²), Schlosser- und Stahlbauarbeiten, Abdichtungen von Kellerwänden, Vorabdichtung Dachfläche, Gerüstarbeiten Erforderliche Nachweise für Stahlbauarbeiten: EG-Zertifikat über werkseigene Produktionskontrolle (Ausführungsklasse EXC 2 nach DIN EN 1090-2:2018-09), Eignungsnachweis für das Schweißen von Kopfbolzen nach DIN EN ISO 14555 Die Zugangsbestimmungen mit Sicherheitsüberprüfung der PP-Ofr sind zu beachten.
