Description

Die Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung beabsichtigt, einen Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem leistungsfähigen und zuverlässigen Caterer abzuschließen, um die Verpflegung seiner Gäste in beiden Häusern mit Speisen und Getränken sicherzustellen. Die Laufzeit des Vertrages beginnt voraussichtlich am 01.08.2026 und beträgt 24 Monate und kann durch den Auftraggeber zweimalig um jeweils 12 Monate verlängert werden. Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt die Bewirtung der Veranstaltungsteilnehmer mit Speisen und Getränken und bewirtschaftet die hauseigene Cafeteria. Insgesamt wird von einem jährlichen Nettogesamtumsatz von rund 600T€ ausgegangen. Basis der Kalkulation ist der gemittelte Umsatz der Jahre 2022-2025. Eine Abnahmeverpflichtung oder Umsatzgarantie durch den Auftraggeber in genannter Höhe besteht nicht.
