Bewirtschaftung des Restaurants des Hessischen Landtages Bewirtschaftung des Landtagsrestaurants Hessen, der Plenartheke, der Besucherbewirtung, des Sitzungs-, Konferenz-, und Kioskservice, der Veranstaltungsbewirtung und der Bewirtung protokollarischer Anlässe Die Bewirtschaftung des Landtagsrestaurants umfasst im Wesentlichen die folgenden Leistungsbereiche gemäß Leistungsbeschreibung: - Landtagsrestaurant o Frühstücksangebot und Zwischenverpflegung o Mittagsangebot o Abendangebot (an Plenartagen auf Bestellung) - Plenartheke - Besucherbewirtung - Sitzungs-, Konferenz-, und Kioskservice - Veranstaltungsbewirtung - Bewirtung protokollarischer Anlässe Die Vertragslaufzeit beginnt am 5. September 2026 und endet am 31. August 2030. Anschließend verlängert sich der Vertrag jeweils um ein weiteres Jahr bis längstens zum 31. August 2036, wenn er nicht mit einer Frist von zwölf Monaten gekündigt wird. Die maximale Vertragslaufzeit beträgt zehn Jahre. Der Vertrag kann - unbeschadet des Rechts auf fristlose Kündigung aus wichtigem Grund - erstmalig von beiden Parteien nach einer Laufzeit von 4 Jahren mit einer Frist von zwölf Monaten zum 31. August 2030 schriftlich gekündigt werden.
