Anforderungen: Mindestausstattung der Räume mit Rauchmeldern gemäß DIN 14676 zzgl. WZ und Treppenhäuser 1 Stück je Etage. Technische Mindestanforderungen gem. DIN 14604 Funkrauchmelder mit einer Batterielaufzeit von mind. 10 Jahren mit fest verbauter Lithium-Batterie. Montage, Fernwartung über Gateways, Dokumentation der Wartungsnachweise über 10 Jahre, 24 h Hotline für Mieter/ Notruf, 48 h Reaktionszeit bei Instandsetzung/Austausch, Direktabrechnung mit Mieter, Sammelrechnung je Jahr für leere Wohnungen. Wartungsvertrag für 10 Jahre. Miete inkl. Montage für 10 Jahre. Anzahl Rauchmelder: ca. 11.149 Stück/Jahr
